This ticket is only available as a mobile ticket downloadable to your phone, or, where allowable, as an e-ticket sent to your email address and printed. All tickets are required to be scanned when boarding the service.
Refunds are not available on Single or Return tickets. flexibundle refunds for unused tickets may be subject to an administration charge.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you currently hold one of our period tickets, you have the option to exchange these for one of our new flexi ticket options. To do this, please complete our ‘ticket reinstatement form’ here. Please be aware that in converting your ticket, the remaining value of your current ticket will be divided by the daily rate of our nearest equivalent flexi ticket type to reach the number of single journeys to be credited to your account.
