8. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?
- Accounts that have ticket transactions associated with them will have their data held for a minimum of three (3) years following the last known interaction;
- Accounts that have financial transactions associated with them will have their data held for a minimum of seven (7) years, or as required by law, following the last transaction;
- Accounts that have not been used for 12 months will have their account archived and disabled, regardless as to the criteria above, and will have their personal data anonymised where possible, except where required by law.
